Mr. Homer is a Professional Engineer with ten years experience in the engineering field with a background that ranges from the structural design of buildings to bridges and towers. Projects include such diverse works as small residential additions; multi-million dollar mansions; large scale, multi-level condominiums; hotels; schools; hospitals; warehouses and multi-story office buildings. His responsibilities have included virtually every aspect of the construction design process from preliminary design to the completion of contract drawings and the evaluation of contractor bidding and review of construction.
